Our Clos Corriol White 2014 was awarded twice in the ceremony of Vinari Awards, awards born with the desire to present the best Catalan wines.
He received a Silver Vinari to the best young white Catalan wines and the Special Gold Vinari Award of the DOQ Priorat, recognizing him as the best wine of all the apellation.
Also note that Clos Corriol White is the only white wine from the DOQ Priorat that receives an award and is in the list of the best wines of the Priorat, a Designation of Origin historically known for its red wines.
Clos Corriol White is a young white wine made with white Grenache 100% and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine fermented at low temperatures to preserve their delicate and aromatic notes. It has some powerful aromas reminiscent of ripe white fruit and citrus with light floral nuances. The palate is very fresh with a long lingering taste.
For us, these awards are a matter of deep satisfaction that drives us to continue working with the same passion and continue backing white Grenache in Priorat, an indigenous grape that gives delicate wines and, at the same time, intense and thrust, keeping all the character of the best wines of this land.
