The Decanter World Wine Awards (DWWA), one of the world’s largest and most influential wine competition, has just published the results of the 2017 edition and we are very proud to communicate that our three DOQ Priorat wines presented to the event have been awarded:
- Clos Mustardo “Oak Barrel Fermented”: Gold medal (95-99 points)
- Els Igols “Limited Edition”: Silver medal (90-94 points)
- Clos Mustardo “Cuvée Select”: Bronze medal (89 points)
Judged by the top wine experts from around the globe, the DWWA is trusted internationally for its rigorous judging process:
The wines are blind tasted by 250 experts from more than 50 countries including 68 Master of Wine and 20 Master Sommelier and they have to taste more than 15.000 wines to finally choose which of them will achieve a medal.
